This is absolutely luscious. It also happens to be amazingly healthy!
2-3 cups of mixed greens of choice
1/2 cup almonds, toasted
1/2 cup chopped avocado
1/2 cup chopped mango
1/2 cup dried cherries or cranberries
1/2 cup dried dates, chopped
1 sliced green onion
1 sliced rib celery
1 grated carrot
light vinaigrette dressing of choice
Toss and enjoy!
